The TTG is not responsible for any incorrect, fraudulent, illegal or inaccurate content posted on the website, whether caused by visitors, members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. TTG assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of user or Member communications. TTG is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction including injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the website and/or in connection with the Service. 3. You also agree that TTG is not responsible for the accuracy of contents of any website linked to the TTG or from personal profiles on this site. Posting of URLs that lead to ADULT SITES or Pay Sites is not allowed and your profile will be removed from this site.
4. You also agree that TTG does not permit bandwidth theft. As a member you are more than welcome to link to your portfolio. However, linking to images present on the TTG servers is not permitted. Framing of portfolio pages on other sites is also forbidden.

You acknowledge that if you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, email address, phone or mobile number) on your portfolio, that information can be collected and used by other talents and may result in unsolicited messages from them and shall therefore be the sole responsibility and liability of your own.
6. You acknowledge that TTG reserves the right to email its members regarding system updates or problems or regarding your account status, however, TTG DOES NOT SELL personal information to outside parties.
7. You acknowledge that TTG reserves the right to make amendments in its membership package features at any time without any prior notification or announcement. The new and existing memberships will be managed according to the new package features.
8. You also agree that TTG reserves the right to use your images provided on the site for your portfolio for marketing reasons.

Violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause your portfolio and membership to be terminated without notice.

The TTG reserves the right to change and modify its terms of use rules as appropriate and without notice.
