Step 3 is named as Personal and Account Information. Account information means your login name, i.e. Talent ID (name used to sign in to the site) and a password.

For Personal Information, you will provide first name, last (family) name, address, city, country, state, zipcode, phone number, mobile number, fax, email address, home page URL (you can link to a personal website, if you have some online material) and talent work status. After giving above information, press the submit button.
