I'm $antiago
I've been rappin' for more than 10 years. I formed 2 groups, "Bombseeds" in '96, which crumbled, do to a buster in the mix, then ventured off with, "7-17" in '99 with my road dog, Da Monsta Demonceie, dats my brother from anotha motha. We chose that name cause we have exact birthdays, July 17th. Oh and coincidently, some cloke draped, sandle wearin genius, wrote this in the bible.......Romans 7:17 - "As it is, it is no longer I who lives in sin, but the sin living in me. Some things are meant to be.
My Influences include:
Too $hort, 2Pac, Brotha Lynch Hung, 3XKrazy, Wu Tang Clan, Public Enemy, The Luniz, E 40, Heiroglyphics, The Roots, The Liks, Paris, The Coup, Parliament, James Brown, Bob Marley, WAR, Barrington Levy, Miles Davis, Moms, Pops (though he died, before I knew him) and GOD.
Born and raised:
The San Francisco Bay Area. I've lived all throughout the Yay Area, mostly Oakland (the dubs), W.C., random East Bay suburban buroughs, etc. My real home is, any stage, at any venue or any mic booth, in any studio.
The Equipment I Use is:
Cubase SL and Steinberg M14 Interface (nice package, good deal), Behringer and Joe Meek Compressors, Blueberry Mics, Tritons, free college studios!

I am currently a student at San Francisco State, majoring in Recording Arts and Music Business. I also studied Recording Arts and Music Theory, at Los Medanos College in Pittsburg, CA. |
